Travel waiver for Hawaii inclement weather

A travel waiver is available for guests traveling to/from Honolulu (HNL), Lihue (LIH), Hilo (ITO), Kona (KOA), and Kahului (OGG) between January 29, 2025 and February 2, 2025 HST due to the inclement weather.

• Reschedule your flight at no additional cost:
  Guests traveling on Hawaiian Airlines who are traveling to/from Honolulu (HNL), Lihue (LIH), Hilo (ITO), Kona (KOA), and Kahului (OGG) between January 29, 2025 and February 2, 2025 HST can reschedule their flights to new dates. No change fees will be charged, and we’ll waive any applicable fare difference on the same city pair for travel and same cabin of service. Tickets must be rebooked into the same compartment (Main Cabin or First/Business Cabin) and travel must occur by February 9, 2025. Itineraries with travel outside of these periods would not be eligible for waiver of a fare difference.


• Cancel your flight and use the value as credit towards a new ticket:
  Guests traveling on Hawaiian Airlines who are traveling to/from Honolulu (HNL), Lihue (LIH), Hilo (ITO), Kona (KOA), and Kahului (OGG) between January 29, 2025 and February 2, 2025 HST can cancel their flights now and keep the unused value of the ticket until the ticket expires*. Upon rebooking a new flight, no change fees will be charged, but a fare difference may apply.
