We have sent password reset instructions to the email address linked to your HawaiianMiles account. Click on the “Reset Password” button in the email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Didn't Receive our Email?
If you haven't received our email, try the following:
- Make sure you enter the correct Username or HawaiianMiles number.
- Search for "Hawaiian Airlines" in your Inbox. Also check your Spam, Junk, or Trash folders in case our emails ended up there.
- Send a test email to yourself to make sure you are able to receive email. If you don’t receive your test email, you may need to contact your email provider.
- If you’re still not receiving our email, or if you cannot remember the email address linked to your HawaiianMiles account, you can reset your email address. By doing so, you will change the associated email address of your HawaiianMiles account.
