  1. Redemption code
  2. Traveler legal name on ID
  3. Travel gender on ID
  4. Traveler date of birth
  5. Departure flight number and date
  6. Return flight number and date (must have the same origin & destination as departure flight)

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. In addition to Hawaiian’s general terms and conditions, all booking requests are subject to availability.
  2. In the event of limited seat availability, Hawaiian will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to provide alternative routings where feasible.
  3. Confirmed reservations are restricted to specified class of service and do not qualify to accrue HawaiianMiles.
  4. Once confirmed, travel date changes or re-routing are subject to penalty fee(s). Traveler should contact Hawaiian Airlines Reservations directly at 1-800-367-5320 to make any changes.
  5. Hawaiian is not responsible for any applicable benefits customarily provided to its revenue passengers, which may include re-accommodation. In addition, no denied boarding compensation will be offered to ticket holders.
  6. Traveler will receive (2) complimentary baggage waivers. All other charges, fees, and costs, including but not limited to personal incidental items, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, and licenses, are the responsibility of traveler.
  7. No cash redemption is allowed. Tickets supplied by Hawaiian are non-transferable.
